1. Must have proper ID
     a. Drivers License
     b. Insurance Card

2. Credit Card Deposit Required

3. All Flat Tires

4. Fuel
      - all equipment leaves full and needs to be returned full. A $5.00 fuel charge will be added to your final bill.

5. Cleaning
     - equipment must have all concrete removed from hoppers and trailers. A $75.00 cleaning charge will be added to your final bill if it is determined that the equipment is not clean.

6. Damage
     a. Safety chains from dragging
     b. Light cords from pulling away from the trailer without unplugging it
     c. Equipment lights torn or broke off
   - Will result in a charge for labor and materials to repair damage and will be on your final bill.

7. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person with vehicles that are unsafe, i.e. hitches, brakes, etc.

8. NO OVERNIGHT RENTALS - NO EXCEPTIONS

9.Trailer Responsibilities

• Lights require a Flat 4 prong plug.
• Maximum speed 40 mph.
• 2'' ball hitch .
• 2-hour limit on trailer (after 2 hours there will be a $50.00 per hour charge.
